I started sketching after seeing immensely talented people (Wais Ali, Matthew Beehler, Arnel Casanova, Milo Olea, to name just a few) turn reality into art and vice-versa. It's an on-going challenge and nearly every artist and book recommend the same: just keep drawing and drawing and you'll get better with time... not easy advice to follow at first. These samples cover a range of years and styles, though the differences may be subtle.
