These sketch concepts were done for real projects, as part of the initial design phase. Several were done in a design charrette (workshop) environment that involved architects, planners, engineers, developers, financial consultants, and representatives from the local jurisdiction. I've had the opportunity to illustrate others' ideas for them in day- and week-long workshops.
